Stiff Leg Deadlift 375lbs x 5

Workout – Monday February 27th 2017

Bench Press
205lbs x 9 – pulled my back on the 8th rep which messed with the rest of the workout
170lbs x 16 – 1 rep PR
135lb x 18

Close Grip Bench Press
205lbs x 5.5 – It was a legitimate half rep so…0.5 rep PR

Stiff Leg Deadlift
375lbs x 5 – 2 rep PR and 25lb PR
315lbs x 8 – I wanted 12 and then 225lbs x 20 after but my back/hip wasnt feeling too good from the bench press by this point

Blue Fatgripz Deadlift – New Exercise
205lbs x 1
155lbs x 8

Incline Curls
25lbs x 20 – 5 rep PR and 5lb PR

All together not a fantastic workout but I am still very happy I hit a rep PR on Stiff Leg Deadlifts and Bench Press.
