Seated Overhead Press
170lbs x 6
145lbs x 9

Bent Over Row
295lbs x 8 – 4 rep PR and 25lb PR
205lbs x 25 – 5 rep PR and 25lb PR

Cable Lateral Raises
40lbs x 12 – 2 rep PR
20lbs x 20 – 5 rep PR
